Renovation Sims!

03 Dec

So today I came to Anna with a little challenge, and the challenge was for both of us to completely renovate / remake a building downloaded from modthesims.com the house we selected was an Abandoned Warehouse style lot. Link Here The house was chosen and the rules were simple. Everything could go, but the original outside walls must remain!

After downloading the lot, I quickly got to work, creating a young adult sim called Marc Sterman, an enthusiastic writer new to the town of Riverview. After a few hours of playing around, removing walls, creating walls. Changing windows again and again and finally selecting a set of stairs. I managed to come out with something that I’m quite proud of.

Disclamer: The rules were that the outside walls
had to stay the same there was nothing
about not adding extra outside walls

Day 14 – 7

15 Oct

Day 14

So today, this photo was about the highlight of my day. I woke up late… like 11 – 12 ish and then had to head to work at 1.30 So my day hasn’t been all that interesting, but when I got home there was a package waiting for me. Matt sent me a copy of Windows 7 Release Candidate, because every time I tried the download failed. (it is legal) and now I have it to play around with until it is released officially on like the 22nd of this month.

Just being a nerd

05 Jul

So its Sunday July 5th 2009 and I sit here writing my 5th blog in the 31 for 31 challenge, because I’m working hard to make sure I have things to write about, my mind is constantly ticking as I search the web, talk to friends and family and while I work to think, what can I blog about. Or some times something will happen and my mind will click, *Hey thats a good blog idea* but as these Ideas come and go, you realize that no one else gives a crap about some of the things you may find interesting so you let the idea go, that or you have no idea how to turn it into words so you simply give up and do something else.
