So last night was New Years Eve and the Casino which is about 5 minutes away from where I live always does this little fire work show, anyway I stepped out the front door with my DLSR and took some pictures, they are a little blurry, you try holding a camera still when the shutter is open for several seconds because its dark… Also there’s a morning shot in there of the sunrising 
#5 looks like some psychedelic sea amoeba! and #6 is awesome! #8 is neon palm trees and #11 is electric ectoplasm seeping out of the power lines. I love the blurriness, actually! but, that said… you *do* own a tripod!
If I had planed it, I would have been set up and waiting, but instead I was sitting there, heard the fire works and ran out the door, ran back in picked up the DSLR and ran back out
