It kind of feels weird trying to get back into the habit of posting regular blogs again, Time and time again I’ve tried to start up on it but never have I really been able to keep it going. The longest ‘blog’ I’ve ever updated was the old MSN blog system thing that everyone had in high school. But with that twice a week blogging challenge I started in my first post here and with Anna taking me up on said challenge… maybe I will eventually just get into a habit of re-blogging my life. Maybe even the occasional vlog!
Now that I’ve got all that out of the way. Happy Easter everyone! Which is something that I think I’m going to talk about for most of this blog.
A lot of people say that working in a supermarket you kind of get sick of all the holiday season things. Like Christmas and Easter… Christmas is something that doesn’t bother me at work and I still kind of like it, because my family always gets together for it. But this Easter… kind of just seemed like nothing, we had Easter chocolate out on New Years Day, and I worked every single day this Easter break except for Good Friday. So it doesn’t really help you get in the mind set of. Yeah it’s one of those time’s your supposed to be with friends and family and stuff, instead I was stuck making sure people were doing what they are paid to do.
I’m not Christian, no where near being Christian or anything like that. My parents never had an interest in trying to raise me or my brother like that, but Easter and Christmas were always a time where any form of religion kind of got taken for its word. (Is that weird?) So it felt weird and annoying having no choice but to work it.
>>>Try’s to fast forward past Easter rant.
Anna posted her first Blog entry on her new Blog www.annarelle.ucoz.com check it out. Link’s in the sidebar. Andrew is in Launceston for a bit, I hope to hang out and catch up with him on TUUUEEESDAY before he goes back to Hobart. Oh and one last thing.
Windows XP on an Aluminium Macbook just looks wrong. I got bored this morning and set up a dual boot with bootcamp on my Mac and tried to see how Windows runs… Sure I’m not a Windows fan boy but I’m not an Apple fan boy either. I like both but Windows has to know where to stay…
Okay… senseless blog out!
